Skelia is a company based in Grand-Duchy fo Luxembourg, specialized in IT outsourcing to near shore eastern countries.

We play the role of pivot between the customer and the outsourcing partner.  We capitalize on our extensive experience and knowledge of both sides to achieve the best results for our customers.

As a small company we do adapt very quickly to the customer's needs; and based on our experience we provide guidelines and methodology to avoid the pitfalls of outsourcing.

Outsourcing IT activities, is not only about cutting costs, but also about additional costs and constraints in terms of organization and communication.  Evaluating an outsourcing service partner has to be balanced based on the total cost of a project development and not on the hourly cost of a developer.

On the other hand Skelia is also developing products and services.  The first of these products is called TagAndFacet.  It is Windows tool to enable users to tag any file on their PC, emails or URLs.  Tags can be numerous and in any language, which relieves the user of having to choose a single directory and folder in which to store the document, email or URL.  Have a look at it!
