In July Skelia celebrated its latest Newcomers’ Day – a relaxing and entertaining party welcoming new employees. By tradition the agenda of thisevent is prepared by our “former newcomers” – the people who were in the role of newcomersat the latest party. The employees apply their talents andcreativity, use the imagination and show their best taking part in different competitions.

Throughout the evening the event was accompanied by continuous laughing. A famous actress EthelBarrymore once said: “You grow up the day you have your first real laugh – at yourself!” andSkelia's employees have proven their ability to laugh at themselves. Various talents have been appliedin funny contests: our employees appeared to be skillful artists, talented architects, good pantomimeactors and refined humorists. Skelia's people have demonstrated their ability to work in a team and have proven that laughing is extremely conductive to cooperation.
