Skelia announces that Kostyantyn Pelekh has been appointed as Operations manager for its growing nearshore operations in Lviv, Western-Ukraine.

Kostyantyn is an experienced IT professional with a masters degree in Computer Sciences at the Lviv State University (2001). Prior to joining Skelia, Kostyantyn Pelekh had a proven track record at GlobalLogic.
