Lviv Service Centre
Skelia has established Skelia Ukraine in August 2008 and set-up a Service Centre in Lviv, capital of Western-Ukraine. The city of Lviv has been chosen as primary nearshore site for Skelia's international business operations, given the unique location and conditions of Western-Ukraine for implantation.
Optima Plaza Building
Skelia's Service Centre in Lviv is hosted in the Optima Plaza building at adress Naukova street 7B, Lviv, Ukraine.
Optima Plaza is a modern business center constructed according to world standards, a comfortable and healthy environment for our tenants and guests. It is 11-floor commercial building of 7045 sq.m. total area. Ground and first floor are allocated for retail (over 2000 sq.m.). High-quality office premises are available at 3-10 floors (about 5000 sq.m.). There is state-of-the-art conference-hall for 120 persons on the 11th floor of the building.
