Lviv - Education Level
It is well known that the quality of people's life is directly proportional to their level of education, i.e. within the natural fluctuations, the higher the level of education in the state, the larger the gross national product. In recognition of this, in all developed countries and the countries which aim at progress, the expenses for education are of high priority. The result of this is the advanced character of reformation and improvement of education.
Ukraine is on the stage of radical reformation and transition from the planned to market economies. The reforms are going on in all spheres of life and, naturally, it also concerns education. It is primarily education that has to prepare highly-qualified professionals, who will predict and build life of the country upon the new principles. Ukraine is bound to this by the need of integration of Ukraine in European and world communities.
