Intake Process

Skelia deploys a structured, proven approach to take-in a new customer. On average, Skelia requires around 9-12 weeks elapsed time from the first customer contact to getting a remote team operational in one of its Service Centres working for that customer.

The customer defines, with the help of Skelia, the manpower and physical resources required to deliver the expected services. Skelia has access to a broad range of skilled people and competencies which can be deployed in one of Skelia's remote Service Centres.
