Skelia has access to a broad range of competencies from highly-qualified ICT skills to international marketing, legal, economics and "hands-on resources" (i.e. for document scanning services, etc.)

Skelia’s primary is mission to provide high-quality services to its clients with dedicated teams. In order to do so in the most efficient way, Skelia has established a comprehensive set of internal supporting services to manage all related resources within each Skelia Service Centre.

People Recruiting & Selection

Recruiting and selecting the right people is of paramount importance to the continued success of Skelia. Our Recruitment and Selection Policy sets out how to ensure, as far as possible, that the best people are recruited on merit and that the recruitment process is free from bias and discrimination.

HR Support, Payroll & administration

Skelia provides all internal human resources services, including payroll services, training & development services in relation to the competences and resources required by Skelia to provide its services.

Legal Support

Prior to establishing a Service Centre in a remote area, Skelia assures itself to have sound knowledge and experience on board regarding local labor and company law and legislations.  

Building & Facilities Management

Our offsite remote services are hosted in Skelia Service Centres. It is the role of our facility management to ensure that everything is available and operating properly for our employees to do their work.

Technical & Operational Support

Skelia  supports the technical services to set-up, operate and maintain the technical environment used by our employees to provide services to our clients. This technical environment considered under technical support by Skelia includes:

  • Workstations used for services
  • Operating Systems of those workstations
  • Printers used for services, if any
  • Servers used for services, if any
  • Communication infrastructure used for services
