Skelia offers the possibility for its interested customers to take-over and transfer the dedicated Skelia service team into a client-owned separate legal entity. As such, customers can create an off-shore company after having experienced its value, capacity and possibilities.

Such transfer of resources can be envisaged and is negotiable between parties, without prejudice to all and any applicable procedures and laws to be respected in such potential transfer of resources between companies.  

In such case, Skelia and the client will proceed in the following steps:

• Contract building and related facilities
• People transfer
• (Optional) shared back-office services
